Maaz Cars: A Self-Drive Car Rental Platform for Kerala Travellers

Maaz Cars provides self-drive car rentals across Kerala, offering economy to premium vehicles with automatic and manual options. Customers can choose flexible daily, weekly, or monthly rentals for family events, travel, and short stays.

Maaz Cars needed a fast, user-friendly booking platform offering flexible pickup and drop-off locations, rental dates, and kilometre packages. The platform also needed to simplify bookings for first-time renters and provide a convenient mobile app for repeat customers.

The main challenge was managing multiple booking options, including different pickup and drop-off locations, address details, and yard operating hours. The goal was to simplify the booking process while capturing all necessary information without overwhelming customers.

We designed a dynamic homepage booking form with flexible pickup and drop-off options, location-specific fields, and clear yard timings. The website also features vehicle recommendations, customer reviews, FAQs, app downloads, login, and 24/7 support to ensure a smooth booking experience.

We developed a dynamic booking form that adapts to customer preferences, supported by clear information on pricing, vehicles, and rental processes. An ASP.NET backend manages bookings, while a React Native app provides a consistent mobile experience. ChatGPT and Claude also supported the project’s development.

Maaz Cars now offers a seamless rental experience with flexible pickup, drop-off, and kilometre options. A simplified booking form, helpful information, and 24/7 support improve customer confidence, while the mobile app enables faster repeat bookings and the scalable ASP.NET backend supports business growth.
